Hi, I'm Jack Yasharian
I’m a 2D animator pursuing a BFA in Film and Animation at Rochester Institute of Technology and I expect to graduate in 2027! Storytelling through animation is my passion but my favorite part of the process is pre-production work, especially storyboarding and character design.
My Experience
I immediately fell in love with the medium of animation 5 years ago and haven't stopped animating since. I have had some amazing opportunities including a paid internship with HBO Max Pa’lante in which I co-directed a group of my peers while we crafted a pitch deck of a potential advertising campaign for a film that was going to be featured on HBO’s streaming platform. ​
My marketing experience has given me valuable insight into all the different aspects of this industry and how my work as an animator ties into the advertising of the animation itself. This combined with the excellent instruction from RIT’s professors and the work I have put in to developing my skills I am ready to take on whatever challenge comes my way!​
